(a) The department may request and review records maintained under §217.127 of this title (relating to Records Maintained by Recipients Who Redisclose Personal Information).
(b) The department will request records from authorized recipients in writing.
(c) Failure to fully respond to the department's request may result in a cessation of information under Transportation Code §730.014(g). If the authorized recipient has not provided the requested records to the department within 30 days after the department's request, the department may terminate the contract with the authorized recipient.
