The department adopts by reference the document entitled National Shellfish Sanitation Program Guide for the Control of Molluscan Shellfish, as amended, published by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Public Health Service, U.S. Food and Drug Administration, and the Interstate Shellfish Sanitation Conference. The document provides the procedures for the evaluation of shellfish laboratories.
