Sec. 22.0001.  COMMISSIONER'S POWERS AND DUTIES; EFFECT OF CONFLICT WITH OTHER LAW.   To the extent a power or duty given to the commissioner of aging and disability services by this title or another law conflicts with Section 531.0055, Government Code, Section 531.0055 controls.
