Sec. 2210.620.  AUTHORIZED INVESTMENTS.  Public securities issued under this subchapter are authorized investments under:
(1)  Subchapter B, Chapter 424;
(2)  Subchapter C, Chapter 425; and
(3)  Sections 425.203-425.213.
