This chapter concerns the administration of the Master Lease Purchase Program authorized by Texas Government Code, §1232.103. This chapter defines certain terms pertaining to the operation of the Master Lease Purchase Program, identifies the responsibilities of various parties in administering the Master Lease Purchase Program, and establishes basic procedures under which state agencies may participate in the Master Lease Purchase Program.
