Sec. 225.211.  BASCOM W. BENTLEY III MEMORIAL LOOP.  (a)  State Loop 256 in the city of Palestine is designated as the Bascom W. Bentley III Memorial Loop.
(b)  Subject to Section 225.021(c), the department shall:
(1)  design and construct markers indicating the designation as the Bascom W. Bentley III Memorial Loop and any other appropriate information; and
(2)  erect a marker at appropriate sites along the loop.
