Any reference in this subchapter to the sale of a prescription drug must be considered to include the manufacture, packaging, exposure, offer, possession, and holding of any prescription drug for sale; the sale, dispensing, and giving of any prescription drug; and supplying or applying of any prescription drug in the operation of any prescription drug place of business.
