SUBCHAPTER B.  GOVERNING BOARD AND DEPARTMENT

Sec. 2306.022.  APPLICATION OF SUNSET ACT.  The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs is subject to Chapter 325 (Texas Sunset Act).  Unless continued in existence as provided by that chapter, the department is abolished and this chapter expires September 1, 2029.
