SUBCHAPTER G. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES OF LOCAL WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT BOARDS

Sec. 2308.301.  DEFINITIONS.  In this subchapter:
(1)  "Board" means a local workforce development board.
(2)  "Commission" means the Texas Workforce Commission.
