Any person with a complaint regarding the delivery of services by the Teacher Retirement System of Texas (TRS) which cannot be settled by correspondence or informal conference may submit the complaint to the designated TRS Complaint Officer. The Complaint Officer insures that a timely response is provided to the complainant. Information on how to submit a complaint is available upon request from TRS and is also found on the TRS Web site, www.trs.state.tx.us, in the information regarding the TRS Compact With Texans.
