Sec. 245.021. Penalty Deposited to State Treasury.
Sec. 245.021. PENALTY DEPOSITED TO STATE TREASURY. A civil or administrative penalty collected under this chapter shall be deposited in the state treasury to the credit of the general revenue fund.
