(a) The 9.0% per annum fee required by the Government Code, §825.410(g), is not refundable to either a member or beneficiary for any reason.
(b) Installment payments that have already established service credit are not refundable to a member or beneficiary unless a refund of total accumulated contributions is made to a member or beneficiary.
(c) The following amounts are not refundable to a member or beneficiary unless a refund of total accumulated contributions is made to a member or beneficiary:
  (1) amounts paid for unreported service deposits, less fees; or
  (2) amounts paid for ineligible withdrawn service deposits, less fees.
