TDA conducts appeals according to 7 CFR §226.6 and §226.16; §17(d) of the National School Lunch Act (42 U.S.C. §1766), as amended; §§1.1000 - 1.1004 of this title (relating to Appeal Procedures for the CACFP), and §§1.1050 - 1.1053 of this title (relating to Administrative Hearing Procedures for Conducting the Appeals of the Food and Nutrition Programs).
