(a) TDA administers CACFP without regard to race, color, national origin, sex, age or disability. TDA fully complies with the nondiscrimination requirements of 7 CFR §§226.6, 226.22, and 226.23, and 7 CFR Parts 15 and 15(a).
(b) A contractor must strictly adhere to and enforce the nondiscrimination requirements of 7 CFR §226.6, the Civil Rights Act of 1964, §504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, and the American with Disabilities Act. Contractors must prevent discrimination against participants in CACFP.
