(a) The department adopts the latest version of the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials "Guide for the Development of Bicycle Facilities."
(b) The department will continue to review guidelines for design, construction, and maintenance of bicycle facilities with the intent to adopt new guidelines as appropriate.
