Sec. 263.025. HOSPITAL OPERATING FUNDS USED FOR IMPROVEMENTS IN CERTAIN COUNTIES. The commissioners court of a county with a population of 24,000 or more but less than 24,500 or a population of 24,700 or more but less than 27,000 may use excess money in the county hospital operating fund for making permanent improvements to the county hospital and for the payment of county bonds issued for the construction and improvement of a county hospital facility.
