Rule 26.321 Authority and Specific Purposes of the Law, Public Safety, Corrections, and Security Programs of Study Advisory Committee

(a) Authority. Statutory authority for this subchapter is provided in the Texas Education Code, §61.8235. (b) Purpose. The Law, Public Safety, Corrections, and Security Programs of Study Advisory Committee is created to provide the Commissioner and the Board with guidance regarding the programs of study curricula specific to this career cluster.
