Rule 26.381 Authority and Specific Purposes of the Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics Programs of Study Advisory Committee

(a) Authority. Statutory authority for this subchapter is provided in the Texas Education Code, §61.8235. (b) Purpose. The Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics Programs of Study Advisory Committee is created to provide the Commissioner and the Board with guidance regarding the programs of study curricula specific to this career cluster.
