Rule 26.401 Authority and Specific Purposes of the Transportation, Distribution, and Logistics Programs of Study Advisory Committee

(a) Authority. Statutory authority for this subchapter is provided in the Texas Education Code, §61.8235. (b) Purpose. The Transportation, Distribution, and Logistics Programs of Study Advisory Committee is created to provide the Commissioner and the Board with guidance regarding the programs of study curricula specific to this career cluster.
