DADS oversees roles and responsibilities of the following:
  (1) an individual or LAR who chooses to participate in the SRO;
  (2) a representative;
  (3) an FMSA;
  (4) a support advisor;
  (5) an SRO provider;
  (6) a case manager; and
  (7) a service coordinator.
