In accordance with Transportation Code, Chapter 623, Subchapter S, the commission may authorize Hidalgo County Regional Mobility Authority to issue permits for the movement of oversize or overweight vehicles carrying cargo on roads designated by Transportation Code, §623.363 and as designated by the commission under this subchapter. This subchapter sets forth the requirements and procedures applicable to the issuance of permits by Hidalgo County Regional Mobility Authority for the movement of oversize and overweight vehicles.
