Sec. 284.072. PROMOTION OF TOLL ROADS. The commissioners court of a county may promote the use of a toll road operated under this chapter by appropriate means, including advertising or marketing as the commissioners court finds appropriate.Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
