Sec. 30.003.  DEFINITION OF PERSON.  The definition of "person" assigned by Section 311.005, Government Code, does not apply to any provision in this title or in Title 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, or 20.
