The QMHP-CS, in conjunction with the MI specialized services team, develops, reviews at least quarterly, and revises as needed the PCRP for each resident with MI in accordance with §301.353(e)-(g) of this title (relating to Provider Responsibilities for Treatment Planning and Service Authorization).
