Sec. 305.055.  FILING AND RECORDING OF OATH OR DECLARATION.  An oath or declaration shall be:
(1)  filed with the clerk of the court granting the letters testamentary or of administration, as applicable; and
(2)  recorded in the judge's probate docket.
