Rule 306.360 Adverse Drug Reactions

(a) Each local authority shall develop written policies and procedures for reporting adverse drug reactions to the Food and Drug Administration. (b) HHSC shall develop written policies and procedures for HHSC facilities for reporting adverse drug reactions to the Food and Drug Administration.
