(a) To the extent applicable, charges made for providing copies of public information by the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission shall be assessed in accordance with the schedule of charges maintained by the Office of the Attorney General in Title 1, Chapter 70 of the Texas Administrative Code.
(b) The general counsel or the general counsel's designee shall be the agency's public information coordinator. The public information coordinator is subject to the direction of the executive director, who is the officer for public information of the agency pursuant to Texas Government Code §552.201(a).
