A licensee, an association, and each officer, employee, or agent of an association shall cooperate fully with the commission, the Department of Public Safety, or other law enforcement agency in the investigation or prosecution of a violation of the Act or commission rules regarding  contraband and any other item which may be evidence of a rule violation or a criminal offense.
