Sec. 326.026.  ELECTION ORDER.  In addition to the elements required to be included by the Election Code, the election order must state:
(1)  the ballot proposition stating the measure to be voted on;
(2)  the hours that the polls will be open;  and
(3)  the location of each polling place.
