The only fee a campaign manager may charge is for actual campaign expenses that are reasonable and necessary. The fee must be based on the combined expenses of the state campaign manager and each local campaign manager, and the total of all fees may not exceed 10% of the total amount of contributions collected in the state employee charitable campaign.
