Sec. 33.005.  EXEMPT AREA REPORTING.  (a)  An electric utility serving an area exempt from commission regulation is subject to the reporting requirements of this title.
(b)  A report must be filed with:
(1)  the governing body of the municipality;  and
(2)  the commission.
