The owner or operator of a facility subject to this subchapter shall close the facility or any part of it in accordance with the requirements of §335.8 of this title (relating to Closure and Remediation). In addition to these requirements, the owner or operator shall meet the requirements for closure and post-closure of municipal solid waste facilities in §330.457 of this title (relating to Closure Requirements for Municipal Solid Waste Landfill Units that Receive Waste on or after October 9, 1993).
