Sec. 33.78.  MASTERS MAY NOT BE APPOINTED UNDER TEXAS RULES OF CIVIL PROCEDURE.  A court may not appoint a master under Rule 171, Texas Rules of Civil Procedure, in a delinquent tax suit.
