(a) An insurer shall, upon request, provide information concerning the application process and qualification requirements for participation in providing pharmaceutical services under a health insurance policy.
(b) An insurer must notify a pharmacy or pharmacist of acceptance or non-acceptance of an application to participate as a contract provider under a health insurance policy, in writing, no later than 90 days from receipt of an application.
