An organization will be considered an approved testing laboratory if it is currently accredited as a Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory (NRTL) by the U.S. Department of Labor, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) in accord with the requirements of 29 CFR 1910.7 for that specific product or category of products.
