Sec. 346.205. COMPLIANCE WITH FEDERAL CONSUMER CREDIT PROTECTION ACT. This chapter does not change a creditor's obligation to comply with the Consumer Credit Protection Act (15 U.S.C. Section 1601 et seq.)
