Sec. 347.353. COMPUTING AMOUNT OWED FOR PURPOSE OF ACCELERATION. In computing the amount that is owed under a credit transaction, the creditor shall grant to the consumer a refund of the finance charge computed under Section 347.155.Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1008, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
