Rule 350.404 Recipient Eligibility for Early Childhood Intervention (eci) Case Management Services

In order to receive ECI case management services, the recipient must meet the criteria established in Subchapter H of this chapter (relating to Eligibility), have an identified need for case management, and agree to receive services.
