Sec. 351.003. REFERENCE IN OTHER LAW. A reference in another law of this state or in a law of a subdivision of this state to "optometrist" means an optometrist or therapeutic optometrist, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1999.
