The program may contract on a bid basis for treatment, equipment, medications, supplies, program operations, and other services in order to conserve funds and administer the program effectively.
(1) The program may enter into contracts or written agreements with persons or entities for the development and improvement of program standards and services.
(2) The program may use consultants from any medical or dental specialty or other discipline to address specific issues or problems in relation to the identification, diagnosis and evaluation, rehabilitation, case management, other family support services, and health benefits coverage for clients.
(3) With approval as required by law, the program may accept gifts and donations.
