(a) Statutory authority. 42 C.F.R. §456.716 and Texas Government Code §531.0736 require HHSC to establish the Drug Utilization Review (DUR Board).
(b) Cross-reference. The DUR Board is governed by rules set out in §354.1941 of this title (relating to Drug Utilization Review Board).
