As funds become available, and needs are identified, the executive administrator will publish notice in the Texas Register requesting applications from eligible applicants for grants. Applicants shall submit application(s) in the form and in the manner prescribed by the executive administrator. The executive administrator may request additional information needed to evaluate the application, and may return any incomplete applications. Applicants may also submit and the executive administrator may also consider applications at any time, depending on availability of funds and demonstrated need.
