(a) To request a variance or waiver from a specific requirement in this subchapter, the contractor's board must submit a completed Family Violence Program Waiver Request Form prescribed by the Health and Human Services Commission demonstrating the need for the variance or waiver.
(b) A contractor's board may submit a request for a variance or waiver up to 90 calendar days after the end of the contract year for which the variance or waiver is requested.
