RFPGs shall indicate how individual local governments, regional authorities, and other political subdivisions in their region propose to finance the region's recommended FMSs, FMPs, and FMEs included in their flood plan. The assessment shall also describe what role the RFPG proposes for the state in financing recommended FMEs, FMPs, and FMSs.
