The political subdivision shall notify the executive administrator of the date for conducting the preopening inspection as required by 25 TAC §325.112(b), concerning meetings and inspections prior to constructing and opening new facilities, to enable representatives of the board to be present. Prior to accepting any municipal solid waste, the political subdivision shall forward to the executive administrator a copy of the department's written confirmation that construction is in compliance with the approved site development plan or permit application, Part B, and the permit.
