This chapter shall govern applications for financial assistance from the Rural Water Assistance Fund, established by the Texas Water Code, Chapter 15, Subchapter R. The program described in this chapter shall be known as the Rural Water Assistance Fund. Unless in conflict with the provisions of this chapter, the provisions of Chapter 363, Subchapter A of this title (relating to the General Provisions of Financial Assistance Programs) shall apply to applications for assistance from the Rural Water Assistance Fund.
