Notwithstanding any other provision of these sections, including §3.7004 of this title (relating to Contract Reserves), any company licensed in Texas purchasing or assuming by assumption certificate any existing business on or after the effective date of these rules must establish reserves based upon the original dates of issue for such business in accordance with these sections.
