Rule 375.523 Is A Refugee Who Has Been Terminated from Medicaid Because of Earnings Eligible for Refugee Medical Assistance (rma)?

Yes. If a participant has been terminated from Medicaid because of income from employment and is within the eligibility period for RMA, HHSC will transfer Medicaid participants or family units to RMA without an RMA eligibility determination.
