Rule 376.104 Is the Term "refugee" Used Throughout This Chapter to Designate All Those Eligible for Refugee Social Services?

Yes. The term "refugee" includes all persons eligible for refugee social services as defined in §9.307 of this chapter (relating to Who is eligible for refugee social services?).
