Sec. 3791.0201.  GOVERNING BODY; TERMS.  (a)  The district is governed by a board of five directors elected or appointed as provided by this chapter and Subchapter D, Chapter 49, Water Code.
(b)  Except as provided by Section 3791.0203, directors serve staggered four-year terms.
